Key Responsibilities & Services

The Registrar’s Office oversees a wide array of vital university functions, including:

• Academic Governance: Serving as the Member Secretary to the Syndicate and Academic Council to facilitate policy-making and implementation.
• Student Services: Managing the admission process, e-registration for residents and non-residents, and the issuance of academic certificates and transcripts.
• Human Resource Management: Overseeing recruitment, promotions, and the maintenance of the Personal Data Sheet (PDS) for all faculty and staff.
• Administrative Oversight: Coordinating daily operations across different faculties and departments to ensure organizational efficiency.
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintaining all official university records and ensuring adherence to the BMU Act and statutory regulations.
• International Relations: Facilitating the processing of NOCs, Ex-Bangladesh leaves, and managing admissions for international applicants.
